Orbit Human Resource Services, Inc. is hiring Customer Service Representatives for a Healthcare account in Metro Manila. The role is open to college graduates (any course) with or without experience, or undergraduates with at least 2 years completed and 6 months in BPO or customer service.

Strong English communication and customer service skills are required. You will handle healthcare inquiries about plan coverage, benefits, and claims via inbound calls, email, or chat, and you must document

Qualifications

• College graduate (any course) - with or without experience
• Completed at least 2 years in college with at least 6 months of BPO or customer service-related experience
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Good interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong comprehension and attention to detail
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Willing to work onsite

Responsabilités

• Provide support for healthcare-related inquiries such as plan coverage, benefits, and claims
• Communicate with clients via inbound calls, email, or chat depending on the assigned channel
