Qualifications

• At least 6 months of customer service experience.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and inquiries.
• Assist members with healthcare benefits, eligibility, and coverage.
• Provide support for claims, billing, and healthcare services.
• Help customers locate information about providers and services.
• Resolve concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Document customer interactions accurately.
• Protect confidential customer and healthcare information.
