Qualifications

• GCE 'N' Level or higher is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in healthcare, hospitality, or customer service is advantageous.
• Ability to perform filing, data entry and document organisation.
• Familiar with billing and payment processes.
• Familiar with insurance tasks such as LOG handling and payment refunds.
• Good phone and email communication skills.
• Able to navigate hospital systems and support system changes.
• Adaptable and quick learner.

Responsibilities

• Support administration and execution of billing processes to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
• Assist with billing data validation, reconciliation, and discrepancies.
• Provide operational and administrative support for system implementation and change initiatives.
• Maintain and archive documents accurately.
• Perform day-to-day administrative and coordination activities.
• Assist with departmental projects and other duties as assigned.
