Job summary

Metacom Careers is seeking a Healthcare Customer Service Representative for our healthcare account in the Manila area. You will handle inbound calls, assist members with benefits and eligibility, and support claims and billing to ensure accurate service.

The role requires strong English communication, a customer-service mindset, and willingness to work onsite on a shifting schedule including weekends/holidays when required.

Qualifications

• College graduate with or without experience.
• 6 months customer service experience.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules.
