Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of healthcare A/R and Patient Financial Services, incl. inpatient/outpatient managed care and payors.
• Experience interpreting UB-04, EOBs, CPT, ICD-9 codes; supervisory role or leadership background.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead day-to-day cash posting staff, onsite and telecommuters.
• Train, hire, schedule, and evaluate performance of staff; mentor levels 3a/3b.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws and HIPAA regulations.
