HRTX is seeking a Healthcare Supervisor for a BPO environment to lead Patient Account Representatives both on-site and remotely. You will interview, hire, train, and schedule staff while monitoring A/R performance and driving process improvements.

The role requires 1-2 years in healthcare RCM, supervisory experience, and advanced knowledge of UB-04, EOB interpretation, CPT and ICD-9 codes. A High School diploma or equivalent is required.

Formación

• 1-2 years healthcare RCM experience.
• 1-2 years supervisory experience or demonstrated leadership.
• Advanced knowledge of UB-04, EOB interpretation, CPT and ICD-9 codes.
• High School diploma or equivalent education.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise Patient Account Representatives on-site and telecommuters.
• Interview, hire, train, schedule and monitor staff.
• Oversee accounts receivable management and performance metrics.
• Attend meetings and respond to requests in a timely manner.
