• Own the overall marketing strategy and growth roadmap for the Health & Wellness category.
• Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual category plans aligned with topline revenue targets.
• Lead TikTok strategy for the category and collaborate with partners to ensure brand-safe content.
• Develop and execute Shopee and Lazada campaigns to maximize visibility and conversions.
• Monitor performance and generate insights to optimize campaigns.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Creative, and Operations for timely launches.
