Job summary

Dexis is seeking a Health Policy Expert Resource Person to support PHIC and DOH in delivering Universal Health Care reforms. You will lead policy development, coordinate across government agencies, and monitor timelines while addressing risks and providing technical clarity to ensure effective health service delivery.

The role requires strong policy analysis, stakeholder engagement, and expert writing skills, with a focus on delivering focus areas under the Shared Agenda by 2028.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in health policy or program implementation.
• Experience in a health government agency preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for policy development and benefit enhancements.
• Coordinate with PHIC and DOH offices to manage timelines and risks.
• Prepare briefers and progress reports for PHIC officials.
• Support policy units to ensure timely policy development and cascade.
