Qualifications

• Ability to create accurate market-specific communication materials from approved templates or previous versions.
• Detailed proofreading and editorial quality-review skills (accuracy, consistency, spelling, grammar, formatting).
• Ability to work within established internal and external review and approval processes.
• Ability to manage workflow tasks, due dates, review cycles and project schedules.
• Ability to coordinate with health plan owners, subject matter experts, reviewers, compliance partners, production teams, Alliance partners and state regulators.
• Ability to independently manage a high volume of concurrent communications in a regulated environment.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of time-sensitive member communications for health plans.
• Develop market-specific communications using parent templates, model materials, and market requirements.
• Coordinate communications through review, feedback, approval, and final handoff.
• Incorporate content changes and perform proofreading and editorial quality checks.
• Prepare and submit materials through internal MMRP review processes.
• Track feedback and approvals, incorporate revisions, and resolve comments.
• Coordinate submissions to Alliance partners, state regulators, and other external reviewers.
• Build and maintain workflow tasks, due dates, review cycles, and project schedules.
• Monitor deadlines and follow up with reviewers and stakeholders.
• Serve as day-to-day point of contact for assigned communications.
• Coordinate with business owners, subject matter experts, reviewers, compliance partners, and production teams.
• Ensure approved documents are prepared for translation, Section 508 tagging, configuration, web publishing, and production.
• Identify and resolve missing information, conflicting requirements, approval delays, and other delivery issues.
• Maintain documentation, naming conventions, version history, approvals, and final files across markets and projects.
