You'll work from templates and prior materials, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to manage deadlines, quality, and regulatory requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of project management experience supporting marketing, communications, content, or campaign delivery projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Excellent attention to detail, including document review, proofreading, and quality assurance.
• Experience managing review, approval, and version control processes within structured or regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Market-Specific Versioning: create market-specific communications from approved templates and prior versions.
• Content Updates & Quality Review: incorporate changes and perform proofreading for accuracy and brand standards.
• Internal Review Management: submit materials for MMRP review, track feedback, and ensure resolutions.
• External Review Management: coordinate submissions to Alliance partners and regulators, track status.
• Workflow & Schedule Management: build and monitor workflows, due dates, and schedules.
• Stakeholder Coordination: act as day-to-day contact with health plan owners, SMEs, reviewers.
• Final Document Coordination: ensure documents are ready for translation, tagging, publishing, production.
• Issue Management: identify blockers and coordinate resolution or escalation.
• Document & Version Control: maintain naming, version history, and approvals across markets.
