• 5+ years of experience managing projects, coordinating teams, and planning duties.
• Strong time management and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
• Experience in budget development and contract (SOW) writing.
• Hands-on project management and scoping experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to adapt to different situations and learn continuously.

Responsibilities

• Plan, mobilize, and manage projects holistically from start to finish.
• Build accurate project plans with budgets, schedules, resources, and processes.
• Write and execute statements of work, scopes, cost estimates, tasks, timelines, and development plans.
• Keep project information clear, accessible, and accurate.
• Track, organize, and deliver assets and materials consistently and efficiently.
• Use Workfront and related processes to streamline planning and management.
• Optimize team availability through resource management.
• Plan touchpoints like kick-offs and deliverable reviews.
• Ensure teams follow industry best practices and legal requirements.
• Collaborate across finance, client service, operations, and legal.
