Job summary

You will manage inventory, sanitation, equipment maintenance, and cost controls while coaching your team and ensuring compliance with HACCP and regulatory requirements. A 5-star hotel background and leadership experience are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years in a 5-star hotel with at least 1 year as Assistant Chief Steward in an international brand.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and supervisory skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; proficient in Word and Excel; HACCP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead steward teams and ensure seamless operations across the property.
• Oversee inventory control of china, glassware, linen, and silver.
• Monitor sanitation standards and health compliance.
• Oversee equipment maintenance for service gear.
• Assist with cost management and identify savings opportunities.
• Coach and develop team members; schedule shifts and evaluate performance.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations.
