Job summary

You’ll collaborate with multiple departments to minimize food, beverage, and supply expenses and support safe, efficient hotel operations.

The role requires a commerce/accounting background with professional qualifications, strong English communication, and proficiency in hotel systems.

Qualifications

• Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Management, or related field; certified in Finance/Accounting.
• Professional accounting qualification preferred.
• Previous managerial operational accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Risk & Safety Management: promote safe work practices to reduce accidents and costs.
• Credit & Financial Oversight: conduct credit investigations, manage receivables, and recover non-performing accounts.
• Team Collaboration: build relationships with clients and partners to support operations.
• Time & Document Management: maintain records and filing systems efficiently.
• Operational Excellence: process sundry payments and ensure accurate credit entries.
