Job summary

The Fullerton Hotels and Resorts is seeking a dedicated Stewarding Attendant in Santo Niño, Philippines to support our culinary and service teams. You will help maintain sanitation standards, assist outlets and the kitchen, and ensure safe, clean environments during events.

Responsibilities include opening/closing the shift, coordinating workstation assignments, and ensuring inter-departmental cooperation to enhance guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all colleagues arrive on time, well-groomed, and ready to work.
• Assign workstation during line-up and pass on events.
• Maintain proper procedures and standards set by the department.
• Open and close the shift.
• Complete daily task lists and report incidents.
• Maintain inter-departmental communication for guest satisfaction.
• Manage waste and recycling stations.
• Assist outlets and culinary team for resource requests.
• Ensure equipment and kitchens are cleaned, maintained and stored after events.
• Perform walkthroughs with supervisors regularly.
• Keep storage rooms clean and organized.
