Job summary

Nezda Technologies, Inc. in Metro Manila seeks a senior product leadership professional to drive innovation in Payments, Cards, and Digital initiatives.

You will collaborate with Agile teams to translate business strategy into actionable product delivery, focusing on mobile wallets, digital payments, and customer experiences. The role emphasizes regulatory readiness, commercial alignment, and portfolio prioritization to sustain market leadership in cards and loans.

Responsibilities

• Lead payment innovation initiatives by identifying emerging technologies, market developments, and customer trends that can strengthen the Bank’s Payments, Cards, and Loans propositions and competitive position.
• Serve as the key relationship manager between Payments & Cards and Digital, particularly for mobile wallet initiatives, digital payments, and related customer experiences. Build deep expertise across digital product management, payments, mobile wallets, and corporate card solutions.
• Shape the Cards and Loans innovation agenda by bringing forward new ideas, technologies, partnerships, and industry developments. Ensure the portfolio strategy remains forward-looking and that foundational capabilities are appropriately prioritized and funded to sustain market leadership.
• Represent the Cards and Loans business with Agile and Digital delivery teams, ensuring that business requirements accurately reflect the Payments and Cards strategy, customer needs, commercial objectives, and regulatory obligations.
• Lead business compliance and regulatory readiness across the Cards and Loans portfolio, ensuring timely execution of compliance requirements, remediation initiatives, control enhancements, and regulatory examinations.
• Oversee product terms and conditions, ensuring they remain commercially appropriate, customer-responsive, legally sound, and aligned with applicable regulatory requirements.
• Drive business growth and profitability across Cards, Loans, co-brand, and other payment products by developing and executing strategies that optimize acquisition, engagement, activation, retention, and customer value.
