BPI DIRECT BANKO,INC. A SAVINGS BANK seeks a Product Manager to lead end-to-end loan product management, from ideation to Go-To-Market and performance monitoring.

You will drive growth by achieving target disbursement volumes, balances, and revenues while coordinating with offline and online channels to expand customer reach. The role demands strong forecasting, cost control, regulatory compliance, and the ability to identify opportunities that sustain competitive advantage in the Philippine

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the different loan products by reaching the target disbursement volume, outstanding balance, and revenues.
• Collaborate with offline and online channels to expand customer reach and improve product adoption.
• Control costs to ensure product profitability, including advertising, Opex, Capex, and selling expenses.
• Develop and execute business strategies, identify growth opportunities, and navigate challenges.
• Forecast business and product performance to enable informed decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
• Oversee end-to-end product management from ideation to Go-To-Market and performance monitoring.

Job description

1. Manage and grow the different loan products by reaching the target disbursement volume, outstanding balance, and revenues.

2. Work and collaborate with different acquisition channels - both offline and online to expand and increase customer reach and product adaption, strengthen the effectiveness of the loans program by enhancing business proposition

3. Effectively manage cost and expenses to ensure product profitability such us but not limited to advertising & publicity, Opex, Capex, Selling expenses, IDBs

4. Develop and execute business strategies, identify growth initiatives and opportunities, and navigating complex challenges to drive organization success

5. Be responsible for accurate forecasting of business and product performance to enable informed decision-making and sustain competitive advantage

6. Ensures compliance to regulations and business policies.

7. End-to-end product management - from ideation to Go-To-Market to performance monitoring.
