Job summary

UnionBank is seeking a Governance and Product Innovation Head to lead end-to-end strategy, governance, and performance for the Cards and Loans portfolio. The role bridges Product, Payments, Digital, Sales, Operations, and Risk to ensure innovative customer solutions while adhering to regulatory standards.

You will drive the product roadmap, oversee risk controls, and partner with internal teams to deliver sustainable growth and market leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the product strategy and innovation agenda for Cards and Loans.
• Identify and drive strategic initiatives to grow portfolio metrics (new cards, billings, balances, revenue).
• Lead the development and enhancement of card and payment products to stay competitive in the market.
• Champion the introduction of new channels, digital capabilities, and customer-centric solutions.
• Ensure seamless and optimized customer journeys across physical and digital touchpoints.
• Oversee governance policies and regulatory compliance for the Cards and Loans portfolio.
• Act as the primary interface between Cards, Payments, and Digital teams on agile delivery.
• Drive pricing governance and revenue optimization strategies.
• Lead and develop a team of product managers and specialists.
