Job Summary:
The Office of Student Affairs (OSA) Head is responsible for overseeing student affairs and services, promoting student welfare and development, and ensuring the effective implementation of student programs, activities, and institutional policies.
Key responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the Office of Student Affairs
Develop, implement, and monitor student development programs and activities
Supervise student organizations, clubs, and extracurricular activities
Address student concerns, complaints, and disciplinary matters in accordance with school policies
Promote student welfare, leadership, and personal development
Coordinate with academic departments, faculty, and other offices regarding student-related matters
Ensure the proper implementation of student affairs policies, rules, and regulations
Maintain accurate records and documentation of student activities, incidents, and programs
Organize student orientations, seminars, and institutional events
Prepare reports and recommendations related to student affairs for school management
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, Humanities, or Political Science or any related field.
Master’s degree in any field.
Relevant experience in student affairs, student services, or school administration is an advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of student welfare, student discipline, and institutional policies.
Ability to manage student activities, programs, and student concerns.
Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and students.
