Job summary

Afni, Inc. seeks a Safety Manager to lead OSH programs across multiple BPO sites in the Philippines, ensuring compliance with Philippine regulations and company policies. The role drives a proactive safety culture in a fast-paced, 24/7 contact center environment.

You will partner with Operations, HR, Facilities, and Leadership to identify risks, implement controls, and maintain a safe, healthy work environment for employees, contractors, and visitors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Engineering or related field.
• Valid DOLE-accredited Safety Officer certification (SO3 minimum).
• Minimum five (5) years of progressive OSH experience.
• At least three (3) years of leadership across multi-site safety programs.
• Experience supporting 24/7 BPO/contact center environments.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine OSH Standards and related laws.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and continuous improvement of OSH management across sites.
• Ensure compliance with DOLE, BFP, Local regulations and company policies.
• Lead HIRAC activities and conduct workplace inspections.
• Develop Emergency Response Plans and coordinate drills and EMS teams.
• Oversee ergonomics programs and worker well-being initiatives.
• Deliver safety training and drive employee safety engagement.
• Manage contractor safety, audits, and risk assessments.
• Lead safety team across multiple sites with performance coaching.
• Present safety data to senior leadership and drive improvements.
