Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong experience in facilities management, building operations, vendor management, and project management.

• Proven ability to manage budgets, contracts, and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Manage facility operations, maintenance, housekeeping, safety, and security programs.
