Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and administer recruitment programs.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to determine hiring needs and negotiate offers.
• Source candidates via diverse channels and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Maintain accurate records in ATS/HRIS and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Promote Concentrix’s employer brand to attract talent.
