Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, and/or total rewards, with leadership.
• Strong experience in compensation strategy, salary structures, market benchmarking, and incentive design.
• Experience managing employee benefits and rewards programs across a sizeable organization.
• Strong analytical and financial skills, translating data into business recommendations.
• Good understanding of Philippine labor regulations and compensation practices.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the total rewards strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
• Review and optimize compensation and benefits programs for competitiveness and equity.
• Set policies and guidelines for compensation, benefits, incentives, and rewards.
• Lead annual salary reviews, merit increases, and promotions processes.
• Manage salary structures, job leveling, pay ranges, and compensation guidelines.
• Conduct market benchmarking and compensation analysis to support pay decisions.
• Oversee employee benefits programs (HMO, insurance, retirement, allowances).
• Govern governance of executive, managerial, and employee compensation.
• Develop total rewards dashboards and analytics for management decisions.
• Monitor compensation costs and external market movements; ensure policy compliance.
• Lead the Total Rewards team and manage external partners.
