Job summary

LOLC Bank Philippines Inc. is seeking a Head of Time Deposit to lead deposit growth through new client acquisition and expanding existing relationships.

The role focuses on CASA, Time Deposits, and other liability products while supporting the bank’s funding objectives. You will manage and grow deposit portfolios, conduct client visits across retail and SME segments, work with branches to mobilize deposits, and ensure compliance with BSP regulations and AMLA/KYC policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of banking, sales, business development, or relationship management experience.
• Strong sales, networking, and client relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of deposit products and banking regulations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new clients and grow existing deposit relationships.
• Promote CASA, Time Deposits, and other deposit products to retail, SME, corporate, and institutional clients.
• Conduct client visits and business development activities to generate deposits.
• Work closely with branches to achieve deposit mobilization targets.
• Manage and monitor assigned deposit portfolios.
• Ensure compliance with BSP regulations, AMLA, KYC requirements, and internal bank policies.
