• Conducts cross-selling of corollary products and services including loans and credit cards.
• Ensures high retention of existing customers by providing efficient service and multiple product availments.
• Interview walk-in depositors and ensures compliance with customer acceptance procedures and documentation.
• Participates in daily huddles, weekly sales dialogues, and monthly branch meetings.
• Performs other tasks as may be assigned by superior officers.
