Job summary

UnionBank seeks a Wealth Deposits Head to drive strategy, performance, and governance of deposit products for the Wealth segment in a digitally enabled banking environment. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 8–12 years of banking experience with exposure to deposits, wealth management or retail banking.
• Proven deposit pricing, balance sheet management and funding strategy experience.
• Strong product management, digital innovation and cross-functional execution.
• Solid understanding of the Philippine banking landscape and regulatory environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead deposit strategy for the Wealth segment aligning with balance sheet objectives.
• Drive deposit growth and optimize funding for cards and loan portfolios.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management to migrate balances into higher-value investments and insurance.
• Design pricing and retention strategies; manage attrition and acquisition programs.
• Oversee end-to-end Wealth deposit products and governance per BSP and internal policies.
• Advance digital enablement of deposit products and ensure seamless customer journeys.
