• Proven track record of driving branch business growth, managing a team, and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong understanding of retail banking operations, products, and services, as well as a keen awareness of the local market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients, retain existing customers, and grow the branch's deposit portfolio
• Collaborate with other branches and departments to share best practices and identify opportunities for process improvements
• Monitor branch performance metrics and implement corrective actions to achieve business goals
