• Solid understanding of retail banking operations, products, and services, and awareness of local market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients, retain existing customers, and grow the branch's deposit portfolio.
• Collaborate with other branches and departments to share best practices and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Monitor branch performance metrics and implement corrective actions to achieve business goals.
• Participate in planning and execution of marketing and promotional activities to increase branch visibility and market share.
