Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a senior Shared Services Head to design, establish and operationalize a centralized support model across finance, HR, IT, procurement and other functions. You will lead the transition from current operations to a go-live-ready shared services framework, aligning with business goals and ensuring scalable processes.

This role demands strong program management, stakeholder engagement at senior levels, risk mitigation and ongoing optimization to deliver efficiency gains

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• 5-10 years of experience managing shared services or business operations.
• 3-5 years in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of shared services to drive operational efficiency.
• Develop and execute a roadmap for setting up shared services across HR, IT, Finance, Procurement.
• Establish governance structures, processes, and performance metrics for shared services.
• Oversee the setup and ensure timely delivery, coordinating with internal teams, external consultants, and vendors.
• Identify risks and mitigation plans during the setup and ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure resources are allocated to meet timelines and objectives.
• Prepare go-live readiness: systems, processes and personnel.
• Monitor go-live and ensure smooth service delivery post-launch.
• Communicate progress and adjustments to senior management.
