Job summary

RTX, the world's largest aerospace and defense company, is seeking a customer service professional to manage order loading, processing and follow-up for aftermarket programs. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers and liaise with Supply Chain, Finance, SAP team and other departments to ensure satisfaction and on-time delivery while complying with policies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree with specified years of experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Travel requirement ~25% per year
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and analytical skills

Responsibilities

Manage order loading, processing and follow-up to support aftermarket programs
Serve as customer’s primary point of contact and ensure prompt, courteous responses
Liaise with Supply Chain, Asset Management, Finance, Order Closure, Program Management and SAP teams
Track performance metrics and ensure 98% customer service level
Lead transformational projects to leverage talent across the globe with travel as needed
