Job summary

RTX's Collins Aerospace unit in the Philippines is seeking an accomplished Operations Leader to oversee shop floor management, production scheduling, and cross-functional teams across programs.

You will drive EASA/FAA regulatory compliance, quality management, and continuous improvement while partnering with Quality, Supply Chain, EH&S, Engineering, Finance and HR to deliver on-time performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a related field and 1015+ years of progressive leadership experience in aerospace manufacturing.
• Proven ability to lead large multidisciplinary teams across manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma and regulatory standards (AS 9100, EASA/FAA) and quality management systems.
• Experience implementing strategic initiatives and driving cost transformation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shop floor management, scheduling, and workforce management.
• Drive regulatory compliance and product quality through CAPA and process improvements.
• Coordinate with Quality, Supply Chain, EHS, Engineering, Finance and HR to deliver programs.
• Coach and develop teams while pursuing cost efficiency and continuous improvement.
