Job summary

Qashier Pte Ltd is seeking a Head of Operations Excellence to own the end-to-end rollout for merchants, from signup to live payments, across the Philippines. You will lead a Manila team, design the operating model, and partner network to scale thousands of activations monthly.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in operations, with proven experience in high-volume rollouts, asset management, and SLA-driven vendor partnerships, across Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in operations, including 3+ years leading teams in a high-volume, field-heavy operation.
• Experience with large partners and vendors and holding them to SLAs.
• Proven ability to design operating models and scale teams with volume.

Responsibilities

• Own terminal supply chain: import coordination, centralized provisioning hub, regional hubs, and 3PL network.
• Manage merchant onboarding operations and ensure risk/compliance readiness.
• Lead activation and field enablement to onboard and support merchants at scale.
• Oversee merchant support with defined SLAs and escalation paths.
• Manage vendors and 3PLs; contract and SLA performance.
• Develop systems and reporting with dashboards and process automation.
• Lead and grow the Manila operations team ahead of volume.
