Job summary

Qashier Pte Ltd in Manila is seeking a Head of Operations Excellence to own the end-to-end merchant rollout—from provisioning to live payments. You will lead a four-person Manila team, design the operating model, and scale the team as volume grows to thousands of activations monthly.

You will align terminal supply chains, onboarding, activation, and support with risk/compliance and vendor networks, while building dashboards and automation to accelerate growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in operations
• 3+ years leading teams in a high-volume, field-heavy operation in the Philippines
• Experience with large partner and vendor management
• Payments, acquiring, e-wallet or fintech operations
• Regulated financial services exposure (KYC/KYB/AML)
• Built an operation from zero or launched a new program or market
• Experience with automation to reduce manual work

Responsibilities

• Lead terminal supply chain, from import to last-mile delivery
• Oversee merchant onboarding, quality checks, and risk/compliance handoffs
• Drive activation and field enablement for scalable merchant onboarding
• Manage merchant support with defined SLAs and escalation paths
• Select and manage vendors and 3PLs with performance SLAs
• Develop systems and reporting dashboards for capacity and automation
• Lead and grow the Manila operations team
