Job summary

Qashier is hiring an Enterprise Sales Manager to build and scale our enterprise business in the Philippines, starting in Taguig. You will own the full enterprise sales cycle—from discovery to contract close—with multi-location merchants across sectors.

We seek a proven enterprise hunter with 5–10 years in B2B or enterprise sales, strong C-suite engagement, and a track record of closing significant deals. You’ll operate with high autonomy and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of B2B or enterprise sales experience in FinTech, Payments, SaaS, or related B2B tech.
• Proven track record of originating and closing significant enterprise opportunities.
• Experience building pipeline independently and managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience selling to senior stakeholders (C-suite, Finance, IT, Procurement).
• Strong consultative selling and negotiation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Build and own a pipeline of high-value enterprise opportunities across the Philippines.
• Identify and prospect strategic accounts across retail, F&B, hospitality, healthcare, e-commerce, and other high-volume merchant segments.
• Lead the full enterprise sales cycle from initial outreach through discovery, proposal, negotiation, and contract close.
• Develop business cases linking Qashier's platform to measurable client outcomes.
• Navigate complex buying organisations involving C-suite, Finance, Operations, IT, Procurement, and other stakeholders.
• Build stakeholder maps and develop strategies to move opportunities forward.
• Own pricing, scope, terms, and internal approvals for contracts.
• Forecast and maintain pipeline discipline in the CRM.
• Represent Qashier at industry events and strategic networking opportunities.
• Contribute market intelligence on customer needs and competitive activity.
