Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Sales Head.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Excellent strategic planning and analytical abilities.
• Experience in setting and achieving aggressive sales targets.
• Proficient in CRM systems and sales reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company goals.
