Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• At least 3 years of marketing experience.
• At least 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Experience managing creatives and digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Willing to work onsite six (6) days per week.
• Willing to be assigned at Binondo, Manila.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach a team of 10–15 marketing staff
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Identify growth opportunities, trends, and new marketing channels
• Oversee content, creatives, social media, and paid advertising
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize results
• Work closely with Sales Managers to support lead generation and revenue goals
• Collaborate with the Product Manager to promote travel packages, tours, and services
• Align marketing activities with business objectives
• Manage and monitor the marketing budget
• Track campaign ROI, marketing KPIs, and team productivity
• Recommend improvements and cost-effective marketing initiatives
