Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years in digital marketing, preferably with managerial or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of social media marketing, digital advertising, content marketing, and analytics.
• Experience with Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Canva, or similar platforms.
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Creative, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Manage the company's social media platforms, website, and other digital channels.
• Plan and oversee digital advertising campaigns, including Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
• Create and coordinate engaging content, including social media posts, articles, videos, and promotional materials.
• Monitor website traffic, social media engagement, leads, and campaign performance.
• Analyze digital marketing data and prepare regular performance reports.
• Develop lead-generation strategies and coordinate with the Sales Team for lead conversion.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify digital marketing opportunities.
• Manage the digital marketing budget and ensure cost-effective campaign implementation.
• Coordinate with internal departments, agencies, designers, and other external partners.
