Job summary

Winterpine Marketing Corporation seeks a results-driven Retail Company Product Head (RCP Head) to lead the development, commercialization, and performance of company-wide retail products.

The role drives revenue growth through strategic product management, pricing, promotional programs, and commercial initiatives across all Retail Business Units (RBUs). You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to ensure successful launches and sustained sales performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5-8 years in Product Management/Marketing/Commercial Strategy or Retail Sales.
• At least 3 years in a leadership/managerial role.
• Experience in retail, FMCG, telecom, consumer products, or related industries preferred.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle, pricing, and commercial execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, development, and execution of company-wide retail product strategies.
• Develop and launch new products, services, and promotional campaigns.
• Design pricing strategies and commercial initiatives.
• Conduct market research and competitive analyses to identify opportunities.
• Manage full product lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Oversee NPI activities for smooth commercialization.
• Prepare product updates for sales teams and branches.
• Monitor performance and adjust strategies for growth.
• Create sales enablement materials and collateral.
• Lead regular business reviews with RBUs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and others.
• Continuously evaluate market trends and customer needs.
