RISE Internet in the Philippines seeks a Head of Marketing to lead multi-brand, product-led growth. You will shape strategy, oversee digital, events, PR, and sales enablement, and partner with Product and Sales to drive revenue and brand equity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in marketing, with leadership experience overseeing multi-channel strategy and teams.
• Experience in service-industry marketing leadership, including telco/tech/subscription businesses, and exposure to B2B and enterprise marketing.
• Demonstrated experience managing marketing budgets, vendor relationships, and cross-functional stakeholders at a senior level.
• Experience building and leading teams across multiple marketing disciplines (digital, brand, events, communications).

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine short- and long-term marketing strategies across all channels and brands, ensuring cohesion with strategy through execution.
• Adjust campaigns based on performance and identify growth opportunities through data and research.
• Bridge product management, sales, and marketing, aligning strategies with brand goals and supporting revenue activities.
• Serve as a key stakeholder to the Product team, supporting go-to-market plans and product launches.
• Oversee all facets of marketing (digital, PR, events, sponsorships, programs, content) and ensure timely delivery and resource allocation.
• Plan and deliver customer events and support telco conferences in the Philippines and globally.
• Lead company-wide events for RI SE Group employees and drive employer branding initiatives.
• Coach and develop a high-performing Marketing team delivering agile, quality outcomes.
• Craft and drive integrated branding and communications for each brand across channels.
• Oversee digital marketing programs (SEO/SEM, email, social, display).
• Lead market analyses and report brand and channel performance to senior management.
• Set and administer marketing budgets with ROI considerations and vendor negotiations.
• Make high-level marketing decisions with senior management.
