Private Advertiser is seeking an Operations Head to develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance, sales, and operational processes across the network.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on experience in retail operations, and the ability to drive results through data-driven decision making. You will oversee store visits, inventory management, pricing, and cost control while collaborating with Sales and Marketing to hit targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
• 5–10 years of managerial experience in retail or related industries.
• Proficient in store operations systems and technology.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, results-driven, and capable of leading teams effectively.

Responsibilities

• Monitor branch performance through regular store visits and operational reviews.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to achieve sales targets.
• Lead new store opening and branch expansion activities.
• Oversee inventory management, stock movements, pricing, and product availability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and discipline standards.
