Job summary

PHILFUMES PETROLEUM CORPORATION is seeking a Head of Retail to lead growth, drive profitability, and oversee a network of retail stations across the region. You will manage P&L, optimize fuel margins, and steer site operations, merchandising, and dealer relations to improve volume and market penetration.

The role requires multi-site leadership with a track record in retail fuels, strong financial and regulatory knowledge, and the ability to develop and execute expansion plans while coaching

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of senior leadership experience within the retail fuel, downstream oil & gas
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven ability to manage multi-site retail operations, drive P&L growth, and execute expansion plans.
• Strong financial acumen, strategic planning, regulatory compliance knowledge (environmental and safety), contract negotiation, and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own full operational P&L accountability for the retail station network; drive volume growth and fuel margin optimization.
• Oversee daily operations of company-owned and dealer-operated stations; ensure safety, service quality, brand standards, and environmental compliance.
• Identify high-potential locations, evaluate expansion projects, lead new station openings or dealer conversions.
• Collaborate with commercial and supply chain teams to implement competitive daily fuel pricing and safeguard inventory levels.
• Lead, coach, and manage regional retail managers and staff to foster a high-performance, safety-first culture.

About the role

The Head of Retail leads the strategic growth, operational execution, and network profitability of the company's retail fuel stations. This role oversees fuel sales, site operations, station development, dealer/franchise relations, and merchandising strategies to maximize volume, margin, and market penetration.
