Job summary

PM Consulting in Makati City is looking for an AVP/VP of Construction & Project Development to lead the portfolio from planning through turnover. This onsite role requires delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in large-scale property development, design coordination, quantity surveying, contractor management, and stakeholder engagement, with senior leadership track record.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Licensed Engineer is highly preferred.
• At least 15 years of progressive experience in construction and project management, including senior leadership.
• Experience managing multiple large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end construction and project development lifecycle from planning to turnover.
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Provide strategic direction on construction methodologies, planning, design development, and execution.
• Review designs, quantity surveying, cost estimates, contracts, and variations.
