Safeguard Global is seeking a Head of Product, Core Journeys to lead the platform experience across the client journey from hiring a worker through invoicing. You will own end-to-end experiences, drive priority, and partner with engineering, design, and across functions to deliver compliant solutions.

The role requires 8+ years in product, 5+ years leading people, and proven experience in B2B SaaS or platform businesses, with global teams and a track record of delivering value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management
• 5+ years leading people
• Proven experience leading product managers in B2B SaaS or platform businesses
• Experience owning multi-team product areas end to end
• Knowledge of HR industry is a plus
• Experience building compliant products in regulated environments

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end platform experience across the core client journey
• Identify where the experience fails and plan improvements
• Own regulatory and compliance obligations as product requirements
• Translate platform strategy into a prioritised roadmap
• Lead delivery with engineering and design teams to ensure on-time, high-quality releases
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, CS, finance, and legal to ensure sellable and supportable solutions
• Manage dependencies and delivery risk across areas
• Coach and develop product managers on the team
• Drive AI adoption where it adds value
