Multiplier seeks a Lead/Staff Software Engineer to build and scale our core global platforms powering HRIS, Time & Attendance, Spend Management, Onboarding and more across web and mobile. You will contribute to strategic pillars with product and compliance teams, translating goals into robust, configurable systems that are reliable and scalable.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering with 1–2 years in team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of Java, JavaScript, Go or Python; quick to learn new tech.
• Good understanding of web fundamentals and front-end stacks (React/Vue/Svelte/Angular).

Responsibilities

• Lead parts of the product development from inception to launch.
• Collaborate with product and design to delight customers in an iterative fashion.
• Architect, build, test, and release high-quality features.
• Automate repetitive engineering tasks.
