Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Experience: 10+ years of experience in programming, software development, and project management.
• Technical Expertise: End-to-end software development, systems analysis, and system architecture design.
• Strategy & Business: Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and client service delivery.
• Management & Execution: Proven track record in project planning, organizing, and complex problem-solving.
• Leadership: Demonstrated leadership in people management, coaching, and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Define delivery strategies and governance frameworks to align with business goals.
• Oversee end-to-end software delivery ensuring systems meet requirements and security standards.
