Job summary

The Philippine Dealing System Holdings Corporation is seeking a senior executive to lead IT strategy, planning and execution, shaping technology direction across the enterprise and its clients. You will drive governance, architecture and strategic initiatives to deliver value and resilience.

You will oversee the SDLC, risk management and IT service delivery; manage a large, decentralized team; and ensure alignment with business goals while fostering high performance and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a reputable university (computer science, information management, engineering or business)
• At least 15 years of experience in the field of Information Technology services with an in-depth technology and process improvement on hardware, network, data center management, information systems; analysis, design & development; finance, business and accounting background.

Responsibilities

• Set IT strategy and lead enterprise-wide technology direction.
• Align IT objectives with enterprise strategies and manage SDLC.
• Oversee IT services, governance, risk management and platform portfolio.
• Lead large, decentralized staff and drive disaster recovery and resilience.
• Ensure projects align with business strategy and deliver value.
