Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Experience: 10+ years of experience in programming, software development, and project management.
• Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in end-to-end software development, systems analysis, and system architecture design.
• Strategy & Business: Sharp business acumen and strategic thinking focused on client service delivery.
• Management & Execution: Proven track record in project management, planning, organizing, complex problem-solving, and decision-making.
• Leadership: Demonstrated leadership capabilities in people management, team coaching, and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning & Governance: Define delivery strategies, align core platform capabilities with business goals, establish governance frameworks, and drive digital transformation initiatives.
• Platform Delivery & Integration: Oversee end-to-end software delivery to ensure systems meet business requirements, system stability, security, compliance, and seamless enterprise integration.
• Modernization & Support: Lead the adoption of emerging technologies (AI, cloud, automation), resolve escalated system issues, and establish incident response protocols to minimize downtime.
• Execution & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Guide project execution, coordinate with quality assurance and cross-functional teams, conduct end-user reviews, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Team Leadership & Resource Management: Direct department operations, manage budgets and performance targets, evaluate staff, and support team career development.
• Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, promote best practices, advise management on operational improvements, and perform assigned related duties.
