Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years' experience in a senior HR management role.
• Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing HR teams.
• Extensive knowledge of HR best practices, policies, labor law, and employment regulations.
• Proficient in data analysis and HR information systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end HR functions: selection, hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, compensation, benefits, and employee relations.
• Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and records management; ensure compliance with laws.
• Lead retention, promotion, rewards, and separation processes; manage org charts and roles.
• Coordinate with Management Committees and RD Corporation's Corporate People Management Department.
