Job summary

GetGround Group is seeking a Head of Operations in Manila to lead 45+ staff across accounting, customer support and related functions. You will own the delivery of UK statutory accounts and tax filings, while shaping productivity, quality and culture of the Manila operation.

You are a qualified CPA with leadership experience responsible for operational performance, technical escalation for accounting matters, and driving automation initiatives to scale output globally.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with depth to provide senior judgement.
• Leadership at scale across 30+ people.
• Operational rigour in capacity planning, productivity and quality.
• Focus on continuous improvement, challenging existing processes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of annual accounts cycle for UK property companies.
• Set the technical standard and support with escalation on complex cases.
• Lead AI and automation adoption across the operation.
• Build and develop a high-performing Manila team and culture.
