Unison Staffing Solutions is hiring an Operations Manager to lead our Philippines team and own end-to-end operations across multiple businesses. You will report to the UK-based Group Managing Director and drive performance, compliance and growth, with a mix of home-based and Makati office work.

You will build systems, manage payroll and invoicing, and shape how we scale while working with international leadership and clients. A strong owner mindset and English fluency are essential.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in operations, administration or business support, including team leadership.
• Experience working with international clients, managers or teams across time zones.
• Experience with payroll inputs, invoicing and collections.
• Ownership mindset: follow through, communicate clearly and stay calm under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop our Philippines team through 1:1s, performance reviews and coaching.
• Approve leave, attendance and payroll inputs and maintain accuracy.
• Set KPIs for every role and run weekly performance reviews.
• Build and maintain SOPs so the business runs smoothly.
• Ensure compliance with local payroll and tax requirements (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR withholding tax, 13th month pay).
• Own client invoicing and collections and prepare monthly management reports.
• Grow our staffing client base by managing the sales pipeline and supporting client meetings.
• Onboard new clients and run account reviews to retain and grow them.
• Support UK operations and keep compliance records up to date.
