Qualifications

• BS Mechanical Engineering degree and licensed mechanical engineer.
• At least 5 years of experience in design and estimation of mechanical systems, plumbing, and fire protection.
• Proficient with Planswift and AutoCAD; strong cost analysis skills.
• Good communication and computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Lead bid preparation and tender submissions for new projects.
• Review tender documents and identify potential risks.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to provide cost advice.
